Headset Link was founded in 2009 on the principle of honest, ethical, competitive business, and a solid reputation for fulfilling promises and delivering products and service that make a difference.

 

My name is Ray Welch, and as the owner and founder of Headset Link I can personally assure delivery of that promise. For over 30 years, I have made it my goal to consistently provide world class customer service. Prior to starting Headset Link, I served as a Senior Account Manager at BellSouth, and most recently, a Senior Territory Manager at Plantronics (now known as Poly). Combining my degree in Computer Science with the customer service skills developed through my former positions, I have committed myself and my company to providing accurate and timely solutions to all our clients’ telecommunication needs.
