At HeadsetLink you must be completely satisfied with your purchase, or return the item with ease. We don’t want you to use the wrong headset, and that is why you may return it for any (or no) reason. You have 30 days, from the day you receive your order, to return it to us for a prompt and courteous refund.
If you do decide to return part or all of your order, we do ask that you call us at 1-877-449-4836 or email us at email@example.com to let us know. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (an RMA #) which will assure that the correct account is credited with the refund.
